Wedding Planning Services Built Around What Families Actually Asked For
Families kept describing the team the same way. One wrote that we had started feeling like family. Another thanked the team that never said no. Their words (not ours).
That is the standard the studio holds now. Nobody in the parivaar chases anything. Nobody hears no to a request that could reasonably have been arranged.
It started in Surat in 2018, out of a liking for putting large events together. Planning, design, logistics and hospitality have sat in-house since.

Artists & Entertainment
Performers, choreography, live music and sound. Booked, briefed and held to a running order. The sangeet begins at the hour it was meant to.
Catering & Production
Menus, tastings, service staff, photography and videography. Vendors are held to timings agreed weeks in advance. A haldi called for eleven happens at eleven.
Hospitality & Guests
Rooms, transfers and welcome arrangements. One number your relatives can call at any hour. No mehmaan should be standing in a hotel lobby working out where to go.
Kalpesh Kothari
Kalpesh has spent close to a decade at weddings across India, most of it standing at the back of the room watching what actually goes wrong. He runs the studio the same way. Every plan starts with a long conversation about the family rather than the venue, because the venue is usually the easy part.
