Before You Send That Enquiry
The things families usually ask us on the first call.
What happens after I send this form?
One of our planners calls you within a day to understand the scale, the dates and the functions. If it looks like a fit, we set up a studio meeting or a video call. Nothing is charged until you decide to go ahead.
Is the first consultation chargeable?
No. The first conversation and the first studio visit are free. We would rather you see the samples and meet the team before committing anything.
Can we come to the studio without an appointment?
Yes, though a planner may be on site at a wedding. Call ahead and we will make sure someone is free to sit with you properly.
We live abroad. Can we plan the wedding remotely?
Yes. A good part of our work happens over video calls with families in the Gulf, the US and the UK. Someone from your family in India can attend the site visits, or our team can send walkthrough videos after every one.
Can you work with vendors we have already booked?
Yes. If your family has a photographer or a caterer you have used for years, we coordinate with them. We will be honest early if we think a vendor cannot deliver at your scale.
What should we have ready before the first call?
An approximate guest count, the functions you are planning, the city, and a rough budget range. Even ballpark numbers help us tell you quickly what is realistic.
